Privacy Policy
Effective date: March 16, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to yWaldo Inc. ("yWaldo," "we," "us," or "our").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information when you use the yWaldo website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
yWaldo allows merchants to create promotional deals for their products and locations, such as buy-one-get-one-free offers and similar promotions. Guests can discover and use those deals. Some deals may require a guest to share the deal through a social media sharing flow before unlocking it, while others may be used immediately. Merchants may subscribe to paid plans for one or more locations, and guests may subscribe to paid plans to access additional deals.
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to this Privacy Policy.
